Customers can always track their history transactions and status. The following list explains the meanings:

Status Code Description
Requested The request has been submitted to Everforex. No further actions are taken yet.
Arranged The request is being processed by Everforex.
Cleared The request has been confirmed by Everforex.
Avalaible The process of the request is finished.
If the request is for customer fund deposit, then it means customer account has been credited, and customers are able to conduct the exchange operation;
If the request is for withdraw, it means Everforex has arranged the fund transfer to customer's bank account.

    (Friendly Reminder: When the withdraw status is showing as "Avalaible", please allow some time for the fund transfer hit your own bank account from Everforex's bank. If you still haven't received the fund after 24 hours, please contact Everforex for further enquiries.)
